01 Three ways to work with us
Which partner are you?
Agency / MSP Recommended
You run other businesses cloud for them — their machines, their storage, their tickets — and we pay you a share of what they are billed. Each client keeps their own account and their own invoices; you are given access to it, by their consent.
Each client keeps their own account with us, so their service carries on unchanged if the partnership ever ends, and you carry no billing or collection work.
Reseller
You buy from us at a standing discount off the list price and sell on at your own. The discount applies to everything in the catalogue, on every renewal, and it deepens as your volume grows.
Referral
You introduce someone. They arrive with a welcome discount, and once they are a settled customer your own account is credited. No contract and no commitment — every customer may refer.

Tiers are assessed automatically from the volume billed over your trailing 3 months — your own purchases as a reseller, and your clients purchases as an agency. A better rate applies at once.
A rate never falls on one quiet month: it follows you down only after 6 months below your tier, and the clock is cleared the moment you are back at it.
Every application is reviewed by a person before it is answered — usually quickly. Admission starts you at the registered tier.
03 Referral Program
Introduce someone, and be credited
- Invite someone from My Account -> Referrals; they receive an invitation by email,
- They register with your invitation and get 10% off their first 3 months,
- Once they have settled 2 invoices we check the introduction, and USD 25.00 is added to your account balance,
- The credit is spendable on anything in the shop and stays valid for 12 months,
- Up to 10 rewards per year, one per person you introduce.

04 Reseller or agency

- How you buy
- Your client orders on their own account, at our list price.
- What your customer pays
- Our list price, on their own invoice from us.
- Who pays whom
- Your client pays us. We pay you your level's share of what they were billed — from 10% to 25%.
- When the money moves
- Each quarter, after the period has been billed.
- What you send us
- An invoice for your share. We pay it by bank transfer within 30 days, once the refund period of the sales in it is over.
Reseller
- How you buy
- You order on your own account, at your tier discount off the list price.
- What your customer pays
- Whatever you charge them — the price is yours.
- Who pays whom
- You pay us, less your discount. Your customer pays you.
- When the money moves
- On every order and renewal, at the discounted price.
- What you send us
- Nothing — the discount is applied at checkout.
The label you pick on the application says what you are. Which mechanism applies to an order is decided by whose account it is placed on: an order on your own account is priced at your discount, an order on a client's account earns you the share.
Both figures are set on your account by us when you are admitted: your discount starts at the entry rung and follows the tier ladder as your own volume grows; your agency share is set on a level of the agency ladder and follows it as your clients' billing grows.
05 Before you apply
How the programmes work in practice
A client link is the customer's move, not yours
You hand a customer your partner code, and they enter it themselves — on their own partner page or straight from their cart. Nothing links until they do. They can see who manages their account, and they can leave whenever they choose.
Rebates are paid by bank transfer
The agency share is computed each quarter from what your clients were actually billed, net of tax and of any discount. Send us an invoice for that amount; we pay it by bank transfer within 30 days, once the refund period of the sales in it is over.
A partner rate and a coupon do not stack
If you hold a partner rate and also redeem a coupon, you are charged the lower of the two prices — never both discounts on top of each other.
